That'll make her the longest running companion so far on New Who
Karen Gillan has confirmed to Zap2It that, contrary to rumours, she'll be returning for season seven of new Doctor Who. She later reiterated this at the Doctor Who panel at Comic-Con. This will make Amy Pond the longest running New Who companion.
"I am going to come back, yes,' Gillan tells Zap2It. "That’s the first time I’ve said that today!"
It has also bee confirmed at Comic-Con that Doctor Who returns to US TV on Saturday 27 August. A clip from Toby Whithouse's "The God Complex" was shown at the panel, and various bloggers are reporting that it was very creepy
